Erik Davison - Co-Founder
Erik leverages his 18+ years of professional experience as a management consultant focused on: defining actionable business strategies to create business value, accelerating near-term performance improvement goals, and targeting longer-term growth options. Davison Business Ventures, Inc. provides global strategic business services to large and mid-size companies that include business transformation, merger integration, and non-conventional sourcing and outsourcing solutions. Mr. Davison has forged alliances with several companies in multiple industries to provide mutually value-added services. Prior to forming his own consulting practice, Mr. Davison served as a Senior Manager at Accenture, a Chicago-based International Management Consulting firm, where he delivered CRM consulting services to Fortune 500 clients, and held various leadership and mentoring positions. Mr. Davison has a BA from the University of Colorado in pre-law, and an MBA from Golden Gate University . He is married with two children and resides in Chicago.
Deborah House - Co-Founder Deborah House is a corporate profitability and strategy expert. She has been working with CEOs to maximize the profitability of Fortune 100 companies since 1981. Ms. House distinguishes herself by increasing company profits by record amounts. A CPA, Ms. House brings a wealth of experience from numerous financial executive positions including McDonald's Corporation, Amoco Corporation, GATX, and Fifth-Third Bank where she was responsible for ensuring key financial results. Ms. House's outstanding business acumen and financial expertise plus her firm commitment to achieving results have made her an asset to every organization she's been associated with. She has been featured in Crain's Chicago Business Special Report on Women Entrepreneurs as the profile of the new “ideal” director candidate.
